请求系统级参数描述:
备注:R-必填(Required),O-可选(Optional),C-信息在某些条件下可以选择该参数(Conditional)

界面参数:
界面参数,也称为业务参数,请求的业务接口不同,参数字段,内容也不一样,它随着业务的变化而变化,我们在这里实现的是即时查询界面,请求指令类型:1002,波导官网要求必须通过快递公司代码和物流号 ,童渊快递的代码是YTO
